Your urges aren't bad. In fact, they can be super helpful. They are basically like the indicator light on your car's dash. A piece of information that you're simply trying to avoid or resist feeling an uncomfortable emotion.
Learning how to cope effectively with these urges will move you toward your goals quickly and with relative ease.
No more willpower necessary.
No more hiding, running, or resisting.
You learn how to lean in. And you end up becoming so much more resilient on the other side.
