The Drouthy Bear Set the Pace 5k

Come along with me on a 3.1 mile New Year's Day run to benefit One Community, Many Voices. You'll experience a frosty 5k from the comfort of wherever you are right now as well as meet some fellow runners. The 5K happened on New Years Day, and so we look at the fitness goals we have set in the past, and the ones on tap for this year!
