Your metabolism has everything to do with whether or not your body is able to lose weight. Many women do not realize that their metabolism is under functioning. In this interview I talk to metabolism expert Kate Deering. Kate for over 25 years has been involved in the health and fitness industry helping men and women of all ages achieve optimal health and wellness. Kate went from being a health fanatic who worked out for hours a day and constantly restricted her food. She looked great but felt awful and her health only continued to deteriorate. She realized she was doing everything wrong and went on a mission to heal her metabolism and find true health.
For over 25 years Kate Deering has been involved in the health and fitness industry helping men and women of all ages achieve optimal health and wellness.
