We look at beliefs & opinions that have been surfacing and what's happening in the extraordinary world that we all live in.
With taking a unique perspective to experiences, trying to be non-reactional to the experience and to use the opportunity to see what is surfacing from within, what the feelings are, navigating the emotions that have surfaced can take quite a lot of effort and work. With this approach, we attempt to look at things with a different view from these experiences so that we don't get consumed by the drama & chaos and are able to "take it as it is" as best as we can.
