Interview with Roane State Community College golf team alumni and men’s head coach Chris Griffin, and men’s team assistant coach and women’s team head coach Bo Harris.

• Chris and Bo talk about how – and why! – they each became part of the Roane State golf program.
• They both talk about some of the typical things that are worked in weekly golf practices. And about the fact that Tournament Golf Is HARD!
• The Roane State golf program restarted about 4 years ago. But this year, we did a number of important things differently – and these made a difference in how the team prepared and performed. Chris and Bo shared some of the important parts of the Roane State golf “toolbox.”
• This past week, the men’s golf team created history – the first ever men’s tournament win, and the first time the team will go to the National tournament! Bo and Chris talk about their biggest impressions and memories from the tournament win.
• The Men’s NJCAA D2 Nationals will be held at the Swan Lake Resort in Plymouth, Indiana on May 22-26. Chris and Bo provide some their thoughts on preparation for this event for the team.
• Finally – Bo talks about the status and upward trend of the Roane State women’s golf program, and Chris shares his thoughts about the great future of the men’s program.
