For years, the thing that held me back the most when closing out the year was not taking time to reflect. Within the past few years though, I've adamantly scheduled time for reflection in my calendar. I reflect on the good parts of the year but also the bad because we don't grow when we only focus on the positive.
In this episode, I offer you two different ways to reflect and close out your year. No matter where you're at in your journey, how much time you have, or how deep you want to go, choose either the advanced or the simple version to close out your year like a high-performer.
