If so, you're likely not alone and you may be experiencing something called "caregiver burnout". Zach and Brandon are joined by Bridget Richard, MA, LISW-S, owner of Lamplight Counseling in Medina, Ohio and Bridget Richard Coaching, a national coaching service, to discuss how to recognize and respond to caregiver burnout and help you learn how to "put your own oxygen on first".

Bridget Richard, MA, LISW-S is a Social Worker psychotherapist with 20+ years of experience in the field of mental health. She is a life-long resident of Northeast Ohio where she lives with her husband, two boys and their cat, Mandu. She is the owner of a local counseling practice and provides life coaching nationally. Bridget is passionate about supporting the emotional and psychological needs of the people in her community. Through her work she helps her clients move from being overwhelmed by their circumstances to empowered and re-energized with hope for the future. Bridget has brought her message of empowerment and self-worth through speaking engagements across the United States.
