In this episode we discuss the challenges of mental health. I wanted to rip the covers off and personally discuss some of my past and current challenges with mental health and the tools I have learned over the years to combat the challenges of depression, anxiety, and stress. The goal of this discussion is to let others know they are not alone in this fight and that because of our current environments we all have some level of mental health challenges.
