Andy's a psychologist who has dedicated his life to helping young people struggling with mental health, childhood trauma or drug and alcohol problems. He does this through Adventure Therapy. Based in the Northern Rivers of New South Wales, his not-for-profit 'Human Nature Adventure Therapy' takes at-risk youth (around 14-19 years old) on 10 day wilderness expeditions. Using the power of nature, adventure and therapeutic practice these programs have been transformative for young people.
