Jack shares his healing journey using functional and energy medicine and how he went from post-traumatic stress to post-traumatic growth. Also, he’ll talk about his experiences using a simple but powerful energy medicine technique called Empower Energy Technique (EET) to heal his heart and the use of nutritional supplements to repair his body.
