Here are a few simple truths as you head into the weekend with your goals....
1.) No single food or supplement will single handedly transform your body!
2.) You cannot cardio yourself lean
3.) Age doesn't matter!
4.) Overeating your calories no matter how clean you eat will lead to weight gain
5.) Building muscle + Burning Fat is the same thing as "Getting Toned"
