Monica tells her story of weight loss with gastric bypass and her pursuit of health. She's struggled with her weight since she was 8 and after reaching a high of 407lbs decided to have gastric bypass surgery. She lost 130lbs but then stalled out, after some investigation it was discovered the surgery was botched so she had to have it done again. Monica continued to search for methods to get healthier and eventually came upon IF, keto then carnivore which helped her to lose an additional 80lbs.
