Our main idea this morning is to behold God’s glory in every fearful storm. I am not aiming to convince us from the text that we should enjoy and relish storms. I am trying to convince us from the text that we can behold God’s glory (His majesty, beauty, and weight) in them. The storms of our life are not wasted. They’re not out of control. They’re not meaningless. Rather, God is doing something. In fearful storms, God glorifies Himself and eternally satisfies us.
