Whoa! That's a statement! My colleague coined it the other day when she opened up the course she's just bought from a big online business influencer and all she saw were glamorous lifestyle pictures.

She's worked as a contractor for a lot of the big brands we know and some of them truly are narcissists, which doesn't surprise me, because narcissism sells.

But there's a fine line between selling effectively by connecting to what our prospects want versus selling "how amazing my life is, don't you want to be like me?". Which is just icky.

So what happens when we're so turned off from that type of selling that we go too far the other way and don't sell effectively at all? We go broke while all those others make millions.

We have to be careful of going too far on the other side of that fine line and simply giving away our stuff for free and not selling anything. I talk about that in this episode.
