How I ran my membership from the road on my recent vacation to Costa Rica (with just my phone)

Just back from a whirlwind trip to Costa Rica where all I had with me was my phone. I was laptop free, however I didn't want to be completely disconnected from my membership group. All I wanted was a way to check into the vitals of my work-life, which is: Slack channel (where my membership lives) emails, email funnel (on Mailerlite) and my Facebook ads. It worked out perfectly as I had all my passwords on LastPass and with my face ID I was set.

I spend only minutes every few days checking in and do a couple of things. Memberships are truly the most flexible business model.

In this episode I speak about how important it is to have flexibility in your business ... because stuff will come up, how your members will be so open to your moving things around because you've created a program that allows for that flexibility.
