What if that trauma and pain you are feeling was sent to you from the universe for a purpose?
The universe needs us to help others. What if we use the trauma and pain to help us find our inner strength and self love.
As we begin to sit with and visualize our pain and trauma as burning rock that has attached itself inside our body. The ONLY place that trauma can live is INSIDE US.
It is our duty and purpose to feel the pain and recognize our strength as we visualize moving that trauma and pain UP and out of our body and into the universe. This may be difficult, you may have strong emotions as you move thst trauma up and up… That is the trauma fighting you because it knows it will die once it is forced out of your body. You are stronger than the feeling of that trauma. Once you release that trauma and pain into the universe the universe TRANSFORMS that pain into LOVE STRENGTH COMPASSION AND PEACE and YOU have just helped yourself abd the entire universes. Those billions of pieces of smashed trauma are now spreading LIGHT AND STRENGTH to others who are experiencing pain like you did.
This meditation will guide you through a visualization that can help to release what is causing the pain.
