Inside menopause food with Severine Menem

I talk to nutritional therapist Severine Menem about what sort of things to eat to reduce menopause symptoms BEFORE you start taking supplements.
It’s easy to fall for the marketing when you’re in your health food shop, to grab a pill, but there are far cheaper and more effective ways of getting all the nutrients you need as Severine describes.
Severine is a menopause specialist and Health Coach for women over 40 struggling with menopause symptoms. She’s also a Menopause Trainer for corporates looking to establish menopause initiatives and support their female talents going through menopause.
As a woman in her late-40s, she totally knows what she’s talking about from the inside having reduced or got rid of her menopause symptoms and hypothyroidism, through diet and lifestyle changes.
This is literally a meaty podcast, there is steak involved, I’m sorry veggies and vegans out there, you’re going to have to wait for a little while, but don’t be too cross because I have a very special guest coming soon who’s going to tell you all about using vegan and vegetarian food for menopause.
