Luis’s cultural adaptability and multiple foreign language skills have helped him achieve proven results as a well-respected international hospitality professional.

Luis' extensive background includes experience as Lead Sommelier at Le Cirque Restaurant at the Bellagio Resort in Las Vegas, National Sales Director at Knight's Bridge Winery, VP of Sales of Domaine Serene Winery, and Sales Director of the Latin Americas for Kendall Jackson, Adjunct Professor at the University of Las Vegas, and head judge for the Miami International Wine Fair.
