Sura Katz, coming to us from Sydney, Australia. Personal trainer and a major influence in my life as a teacher, coach, and strength & conditioning specialist. Sura is an inspirational person and she shares many stories through her life of training people and athletes of all kinds. As well as, her own training in for an upcoming powerlifting meet. Sura also is an advocate for animals and works with many animal rescue groups in her area. Hope you enjoy the stories and lessons within them from one of my most influential mentors.
