In this fifth episode of HRD Masterclass, guests Dr. Kim McDonald (Professor Emerita at Purdue University Fort Wayne), and Dr. Rajashi Ghosh (Associate Professor and Department Chair at Drexel University) discuss Career Development and its role within Human Resource Development, including:
