Our guest on the show is Seth Singerman. Mr. Singerman is the founder and managing principal of Singerman Real Estate, a diversified private equity firm. SRE focuses on maximizing risk-adjusted returns through investments in North America, in both debt and equity, across all major asset classes.

Singerman has now raised three funds, the most recent of which far exceeded its $400 million target.
