Today in the studio is our guest Julie Romey. Julie is a Senior Principle in the Los Angeles Offices of Keyser Marston. Her exceptional CV covers over 20 years of real estate analysis and project execution. She has structured development agreements for mixed-use and affordable housing projects throughout central and southern California, including liberty station in San Diego, the mixed-use development on the site of the former naval training center.
