In this launch episode we define "fully alive living" as we live and breath it and explore our why for this way of life. We share some intimate personal nuggets of how alive living shows up in our real life (and sometimes doesn't). We explain the philosophy of using the three seats of awareness that help us experience life as a movie and dive into what it means to BE IN, WATCH and WRITE the scenes of our lives. We end with a guided meditation to experience awareness from each of these seats for a a wider perspective and invitation to get present with ALL OF YOURSELF.
