Day 49 of the 75 Hard Daily podcast! I'm documenting my journey through 75 Hard from Andy Frisella, and sharing new episodes daily while still in 75 Hard.

75 Hard Daily officially looks something like this;
- Eat healthy, No cheat meals & no alcohol
- Drink 1 gallon of water
- (2) 45min workouts, 1 of which is outside
- Read (10) pages of a non-fiction book
- Take a progress pic
Let's review how day 49 went for me;
- (2) 45min workouts, 1 of which is outside
- Workout 1 - Outdoor Walk
- Workout 2 - Resistance Bands & Kettle Bell
- Book I Am Currently Reading
