Day 48 of the 75 Hard Daily podcast! I'm documenting my journey through 75 Hard from Andy Frisella, and sharing new episodes daily while still in 75 Hard.
I also created a Kit with various items to be used for 75 Hard. The kit can be found here.
75 Hard Daily officially looks something like this;
- Eat healthy, No cheat meals & no alcohol
- Drink 1 gallon of water
- (2) 45min workouts, 1 of which is outside
- Read (10) pages of a non-fiction book
- Take a progress pic
Let's review how day 48 went for me;
- (2) 45min workouts, 1 of which is outside
- Workout 1 - Weighted Squats (100 reps!)
- Workout 2 - Outdoor walk, jump rope
- Book I Am Currently Reading
Day 48 is in the books, 27 more to go....
