Mindfulness and intention helps you show up as the present parent you want to be.

Showing up with fear, as a protector, and/or striving to be the best parent, even when it comes from loving space, limits our capacity for both giving and receiving love. When we show up with mindful intention, possibilities open up for expansive love and connection.

Parenting is a long journey. One in which there are many seasons. It’s important to not get caught up in the importance of each moment along the way. When things don't go right, children learn from it. When we worry about missing our children’s childhood, we actually miss it.

Our worry and fear comes from love, But it keeps us out of the moment and not grounded.

When you focus on how you want to FEEL as a parent, it is powerful.

Do you want to feel connection, peace, presence, curiosity?

What helps you feel these?

Where do they exist already?

When you feel overwhelmed and scared, can you ask helpful questions?

What would connection do?

What would peace do?

What would curiosity do?

What would presence do?

Learn to Parent With Presence in Jessie's 7 week mindful living intensive. Together we will explore mindful coaching tools and strategies to help you show up as the parent you want to be. Enrollment opens Oct 15th. Intensive will begin Nov 4th and end Dec 17th. There will be live coaching calls on Thursday evenings except Thanksgiving.
