this is a love letter to the people in a never ending loop of dissatisfaction. if you have found yourself in that cycle or are looking for a significant glow up in life - this episode is for you.
at one of the most depressing times of my life, all i had left was choice. i chose to create joy with that choice. eventually, i realized the power in doing what you love while experiencing joy. often times we think we need a very big shift in life to make our lives better and sometimes we do but it's also about the little things.
i believe that when joy is accessible to everyone and can be created at any given point. joy doesn't mean your pain doesn't exist - it means you still create joy despite of your circumstances which is fully in your control.
your joy is serious. don't fuck around with it. it's time to take your joy seriously.
