Chloe Nims, MD, is an Associate Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at Weill Cornell Medicine as well as a psychiatrist at the Center for Special Studies (HIV/AIDS care center). She will soon be taking on a new role of the chair to the newly formed TLC (Teacher Learner Committee), which was put together over the past few years to address complaints of medicine student mistreatment. She shares her advice on secrets to success along her career path.
