Britt Furlanis
Britt Furlanis is an equestrian who is training herself and her horse in the Olympic discipline of Show Jumping, growing her investment portfolio, and building a business called Bronze Betty.
She has also produced a podcast to inspire women to be unleashed!
In 2019-2020 Britt overcame a 10-year eating disorder called bulimia.
Since then, she has gone on to facilitate nude women’s workshops and started the Women Unleashed Podcast.
Britt believes your beliefs create your actions; your actions create your life.
Her dream is to be the first Australian woman to win a gold medal for Australia in Show Jumping, Equestrian.
In this episode, Britt talks about why women don’t take enough responsibility for their psychology, their mind, and behaviour.
Why women are afraid of not being liked and will agree with friends just to keep them and that it is important to understand not to get hung up on women who ditch friends who do not agree with them.
She explains how anything is possible.
That there are no special unicorns, we all deal will similar issues, be open about them and be responsible for your joy as well as your sadness
