Misty is an amazing Loss-Advisor, and Self-Love Mentor.

Her journey began selling cosmetics to put herself through college and support her family.

Along the way, she discovered her passion for helping women transform inside and out.

Despite achieving success in her career, she struggled with her weight until she found that diets don’t work, but lifestyle changes DO.
Self-acceptance, yes but HOW?
This is what we are talking during today's podcast.
- Cultivating self-compassion - Treat yourself with the kindness you would offer a friend.
- Challenge negative thoughts and replace them with positive affirmations by journaling. It's a journey, but small steps lead to lasting change.
- Gratitude - write down what you are grateful for right now.
- Mirror work - stand in front of the mirror and point out the beautiful parts of your body.
- Meditation - Meditate silently or guided every day. Start with 5 minutes then increasing the time. Our mind expands when it is quiet to a higher vibration from which we create.
Remember that self-worth is an ongoing journey.
