The Niche Cast

This week on the Niche Cast we roll through Joseph Parker's next fight, Chris Wood's penalty taking excellence and the Freddie Gillespie/Tacko Fall swap for NZ Breakers. Then we go deep into the Blackcaps vs England mangroves with notes about respecting England's domination of Blackcaps, Blackcaps being mediocre in New Zealand, playing styles, form slumps and plenty more. Plunket Shield rolls along so we offer a few of our favourite players (Rhys Mariu, Bevon Jacobs, Brett Hampton, Matt Fisher) and break down Otago's strong start to HBJ Shield. Auckland United and Auckland City won the National League football finals, while Auckland FC continue to own the A-League which includes nifty mahi from Nando Pijnaker. We finish with NZ Warriors depth/contract stuff and Sydney Roosters setting up a base in Christchurch.
