This episode is pretty much a girls takeover as the East Coast Shred Sisters head over to Sugarloaf (sorry guys, this one's hard on the ears 🤣). Darren is on hand to provide daddy daycare to a bunch of groms, aka Ben (13), Erin (10), and Oli (8). Apparently kids get excited by microphones... Who knew?? The whole crew discuss their favourite trails, buying new bikes, and general estrogen-fuelled madness, with absolutely no direction. Absolute insanity follows, have at it, I need a couple podcasts to go with my beer 🍺🍺 Oh, and the bird noises.... They are actual birds, not Miss Lori 🤣
