ESPN is reporting MLB might require starters to pitch six innings, with a few exceptions

ESPN is reporting that MLB is considering a rule where starting pitchers would be required to pitch at least six innings, unless a pitcher goes over 100 pitches, gives up four or more runs, or is injured and has to go on the IL. Should MLB do this???
