Brainstorm: Embrace chaos and log ideas without judgment. The List of 5: Pick 5 specific tasks daily to maintain focus. A Thing a Day: Commit 10 minutes daily to build consistency. Build a Sequence Chain: Use the brainstorm, list, and log method to create a feedback loop. Kill the Excuses: Resolve to stop making excuses and commit to your goal.
