We are the thinker, not the thoughts. Not every thought and feeling that comes into our minds is true. We cannot truly relax until we relax our attempts to control our thoughts and emotions. Turn inward and notice what feelings are swirling. Learn to become curious toward your thoughts and feelings.
There is room for it all. You are allowed to feel. It is safe to feel. What you feel makes sense.
