In this episode, I'm sharing the ultimate guide to weight loss and the 5 things that you need to focus on in order to make your fat loss inevitable.

There's a lot of contradictory information out there so I wanted to create an episode that puts all of my different thoughts and strategies in one place.

If you decide that you're wanting to shift your body composition, this episode will help you decide what that might mean, what change that really requires and support you to make that choice fully.

One of the things I think keeps people yo-yoing is they know that they want to lose weight, but they aren't really deciding to do it. They don't really know what it takes and I'm not saying this because it actually takes like loads of work and it's so hard but it's often not the change that people are expecting and so, they often don't make it or don't want to make it.

I know that sounds really big. But it's really important, if you decide you want something that you know what that means, what the trade-offs are for that, what work is involved.

There's always work involved with change and most of the time with weight loss it's as much about mindset shifting as it is external habit change for a lot of people but again everyone is different

Weight loss really depends on your history of weight loss, what you have tried and how much weight you feel like you would like to release.

If you're someone that wants to lose 10 pounds or 10 stone, the approach to both of those things is going to be very different but all of these components that I'm going to share with you in this episode are going to be involved no matter what.

I know I've talked about it a couple of times this year, but I just wanted to put a pin in it and put all my different thoughts together so that you can get really clear and feel really empowered on what actually is going to work when it comes to body composition.
