Rider is the Owner of Fluent Energy Consulting. Fluent works with homeowners and builders to create high performance homes and climb the BC Energy Step Code as quickly and affordably as possible.
Rider believes we need to reduce both energy and carbon emissions in a home if the EnerGuide program will be successful in helping us meet our Paris GHG reduction targets.
