Fight or flight is a real thing and in today's stressed out society we have been trending on the fight side. In today's episode we remedy that and I introduce you to a sure fire system to get you into connecting and loving so you can have those tough conversations instead of the raised voices, yelling, and adrenaline laced interactions that seem all the rage these days.
