In this episode, Katie shares her personal journey of suffering from chronic pain for over 8 years and how she coped with it by running away from herself through denial and numbing herself with a demanding career, drugs, and binge drinking. Eventually, she became disabled and realized that she needed to make a change.

She tried several healing modalities until she discovered Cognomovement in 2020, which allowed her to heal through the power of her mind. Katie became a certified Cognomovement practitioner in 2021 and now teaches others how to harness this powerful healing tool for themselves.
