My guest on Episode 237 is a legendary cinematographer with a career spanning just under fifty years. Daniel Pearl, ASC began his career on the 1974 classic, "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre" after meeting Tobe Hooper. Daniel has worked on everything from "Q - The Winged Serpent" to "Return to Salem's Lot", "The Funhouse", "Body Double", "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003)", "Friday the 13th (2009)", "Alien vs. Predator: Requiem", "Parhfinder" and a ton of other movies. Not that that's not impressive enough, he has done close to 500, yes 500 music videos including Michael Jackson's "Billie Jean", "Joanna" by Kool And The Gang, Van Halen's "Hot for Teacher" and "Poundcake", the Iron Maiden "Live After Death" concert documentary, "Dancing with Myself" from Billy Idol, Guns N' Roses "November Rain" and "Don't Cry", "Sweating Bullets" by Megadeth, "With or Without You" from U2, "I'll Do Anything For Love (But I Won't Do That)" by Meat Loaf, "We Ain't Goin' Out Like That" from Cypress Hill, "Authority Song" by John Cougar Mellencamp, the majority of Mariah Carey's videos and on and on and on.
