Falcons lose to lowly Cardinals at the buzzer

The Falcons had busted plays and no rhythm in the passing attack as they went down to the Arizona Cardinals, 25-23, in Glendale Arizona. The Falcons took the lead in the fourth quarter with 2:33 to play, but the defense couldn't keep the Cardinals out of field goal range. The Falcons have now dropped three games in a row to a rookie quarterback, a third-string quarterback and a quarterback, who was coming off an 11-month layoff after knee surgery. To say the Falcons have stumbled into the bye would be a major understatement.
