Penn State Board meeting preview

Today, Penn State will formally decide whether or not to move forward with the proposed plans for renovating the team's football stadium. Will this be a formality? Or is there more nuance and intrigue to the proceedings? Bauer joins the show to discuss what he knows and tells fans what to expect from the meeting on Tuesday morning.
