Over the seven intense years of my own healing journey, I gathered a long list of exploratory questions that were designed to make me think about my belief systems and how I was getting in my own way. Some of these questions were given to me by healers I worked with, while others I created on my own after delving into the themes of forgiveness, gratitude, loss, trauma and more. In this episode, I selected eight of those questions to share with you in the hope that it will give you something to think about, while offering a different perspective and a way to clear obstacles that will allow you to move forward on your own healing path.
