They will talk about some of the things they are NOT looking forward to. Some of the disappointing things they have experienced already.
They will also talk about what's on their mind when they think about serving long term and what might push them towards doing something else.
If you are a leader, and you want to know what your People are thinking, ask them. Ask better questions. Actually care about what they think. Actually care about what they say. If you truly care, they just might tell you.
