She's been nominated for three Hollywood Music in Media Awards, was one of Music Connection Magazine's Top Unsigned Artists of the Year, and is about to release her sophomore album, "California Queen." When she's not selling out iconic venues like the Hotel Cafe and Peppermint Club, Kara is a working as an actress in Los Angeles, a passionate storyteller, a lifelong animal lover, and an undercover hippie.
