Today Amy updated us on her case where 6 individuals in NC filed a Class Action Lawsuit 42 U.S. Code Subsection 1983. Why are children taken from the protective parent, falsely taken? Family court is a monopoly in the disastrous interests of the children and the extortion of parents.
Amy has court on Tuesday for Criminal Contempt via Attorney H. Jay White on a court order that he was ordered to write back in February when it was Civil Contempt. He recently changed it to Criminal Contempt. This is all financial. Family court is based on extortion and making Amy pay her abusers.
