Romans 1-18-20 and Romans 2-14-15 teach what may be called -Natural Law.- It is the foundation for good government for all nations.--God's law is known to all, but human nature chaffs against his law because it is powerless to keep it.--In the wake of Israel's failure to keep God's covenant, she incurred God's judgment and exile. But God made a new covenant -Jeremiah 31-31-34-. --This covenant was established by the Lord Jesus Christ -Hebrews 7-17-28-.--Thus the Old Testament, compared with the New is useless and obsolete. The problem does not lie with the Old Testament, but with people -Hebrews 8-7-8-.--The New Testament is adapted to the needs of sinners -Hebrews 7-25-28-.--It is obvious that large numbers of people did not have a personal relationship with the Lord under the Old Testament. That situation changes under the New -Jeremiah 31-34- Hebrews 8-11-. --Do you know the Lord Jesus--
