When we talk about whole health it really starts from the inside out. The stats are terrifying when it comes to suicide and our mental health. Especially for our teenagers. Solari is a local non-profit who takes those calls to help people in need. They are the largest crisis call center in the USA. Here to talk about Solari and how we can take care of our mental health is Chief Branding and Development officer, Beth Brady.

Solari Gala for Mental HealthCome and support Solari and help raise money for suicide prevention at their annual gala on Saturday, Feb 24. Happening at the Phoencian starting at 6pm. Come for dancing, auction and supporting a great cause for everyone.
