The church has an obligation to seek and pray for godly leaders. So, what does a godly leader look like? We need leaders who are compassionate, who submit to God’s glory, who trust in God’s plan, and who know they have a responsibility for God’s reputation. These qualities are only possible as Christ indwells and empowers church leaders.
