During the event Volkswagen unveiled its latest innovation with the popular artificial-intelligence-based chatbot known as ChatGPT integrated into the IDA voice assistant. This game-changing feature allows customers to access a vast AI database and have researched content read to them while on the road. Thanks to technology partner Cerence Inc., Volkswagen is proud to offer the intelligent ChatGPT integration as a standard feature in many production vehicles starting in the second quarter of 2024.
